Interview and New Video from New York Based Rapper Venchi Hef

Venchi Hef is a rapper hailing straight out of New York City, with such a unique style that you simply can’t compare him to any other artist. What makes him stand out the most is his eccentric lyricism Venchi’s a talented young artist constantly progressing with his extremely innovative music.

With being in the era of social media, Venchi is quickly growing and getting his music heard all across the globe. Venchi’s momentum seems to be heading in the right direction as he continues to release more quality songs.

He recently just released a 5 song EP titled “Preseason”. At this pace, things are looking very exciting in 2019 for Venchi;  we look forward to seeing what else this fresh artist has in store.

How did you come by your stage name?

“Hef” was actually inspired by the late Hugh Hefner. As well as my favorite rapper Lil Wayne a.k.a Weezy “F” baby!

When did you discover your love for your craft and what made you realize you wanted to pursue a career in it?

I discovered my love for music at a very young age, But I knew I wanted to seriously pursue it when I realized how much joy it brought me.

To what or whom do you accredit your sense of style?

I wouldn’t necessarily accredit my sense of style to anyone specifically, because I pick up inspiration from everyone.

On your current project, how did you come up with the concept?

I didn’t, it came up with me.

What are some of your greatest challenges, and what is your greatest attribute when it comes to your work ethic?

I think my biggest challenge is myself, my procrastination at times can get the best of me. My greatest attribute when it comes to my work ethic would have to be my unorthodox style, my progressive sound, and my clever lyricism.

Are you the best at what you do in your opinion?

Hell yeah, I believe I’m the best I don’t think there is anyone better than me… All these rappers are trash and I’m going to prove it

What are your plans for the near future?

To keep working and creating the best content as possible for my supporters
