How did you come by your stage name?

LUI is an acronym for Love, Understand, & Inspire which represents my values.

When did you discover your love for your craft and what made you realize you wanted to pursue a career in it?

I discovered my love for music as a child and realized I had a talent for it so why not go hard! we can do whatever we love and want and be successful.

To what or whom do you accredit your sense of style?

To my culture

On your current project, how did you come up with the concept?

Graduation: The American Dream EP – I think the title speaks for itself.

What are some of your greatest challenges, and what is your greatest attribute when it comes to your work ethic?

when you’re an independent artist, you have to wear many hats at times. focusing on multiple tasks is complex but when you stay disciplined and focused, you succeed.

Are you the best at what you do in your opinion?

I am one of the best out there.

What are your plans for the near future?

Grow EVERYTHING.
