Yui Stonewell Drops Her Latest Single, ‘If This Was G.O.T’

(August 24, 2021) – Independent Pop Artist Yui Stonewell is back with her newest single ‘If This Was G.O.T’ which was globally released on August 23rd, 2021. This will be her 4th single this year and is going to be different from her other released tracks. The song is based on one of the most popular TV shows of all me – Game of Thrones, which also happens to be her favorite show.

In this new single, Yui takes her fans across a different kind of musical journey. She breaks out of her usual POP EDM melody sprinkled with a hint of 90s nostalgic pop. This song is emotionally intense and captures the frustration and sadness of a love that’s no longer there. In her latest, Yui tells the story of a great love that transforms into one lacking boundaries, love, and hope.

Choosing G.O.T as the theme seemed natural for the independent artist as the show features a great amount of betrayal and dishonesty with immediate consequences. Her listeners will be able to relate more to the show as it is the most-watched show in the world.

“We take on the hurt, the sadness, and the problems – open because we are compassionate. This can be beautiful,  but when a  relationship is not working anymore and only causing hurt,  I  wonder if it’d be easier to live in a more black and white world”, said the independent pop artist.
