Interview with Chris A.K.A Dream

Tell us a little bit about yourself. Your background, education, passion, etc. ?

My name is Chris AKA dream is what I’m called now on the regular. The name dream was given to me by my teammates because of my athletic ability on the field. I played football threw high school at Overbrook and threw college earning my way to play in the arena and indoor football leagues while also appearing in a few pro combines and workouts. My passion has always been lifting weights I first Developed the obsession for it In my senior year of high school and continued to carry It threw out life.

We have been hearing a lot about you, so we notice you’re starting to gain a lot of attention how does it feel?

Honestly, It feels good, just to know your hard work is paying off and all the late sleepless nights are not in vain.

Can you please tell our readers more about your craft weightlifting?

Weight lifting is more than just picking things up and putting it down, it really is a craft. In a split second, anything can go wrong In regards to injury especially being in the age of social media where you see on daily basis memes of people being hurt. When I am training I am 100% locked in on my craft..lifting while sculpting my body. I look at my craft as art since my body is display as such.

What has been one of the most exciting achievements of your career so far?

If I had to say what has been truly the Exciting part I would say being able to use my gift and inspire and motivate others. I am sure there are more exciting things to come but watching a client smile after witnessing his or her transformation is something that makes it all worth it.

What’s your goal in life you want to achieve next?

The next goal I would love to achieve is to venture off into bigger opportunities and take my career as a whole to new heights.

What motivates you to do your best work?

Family and my will to succeed in this lifetime motivates me the most.

Any suggestions for new weightlifters?

I would say to all new lifters take your time and don’t rush the process. Fitness as to life is a journey if it comes to fast it will never last, so don’t rush it.

Everybody needs a time out. What do you do in your free time?

In my free time I tend to think about my life and what can I do to be better for me, mine, and future generations that might come after me. I think about how can I send a message that will reach all those that believe there alone even after I’m no longer here.
