How did you come by your stage name?
It’s a crazy story, and my friends were walking down the street one day & they saw me do something to somebody on the street & said I reminded them of Rico from Paid In Full and it stuck. I just wanted to add something different to it & added the 2k’s.
When did you discover your love for your craft and what made you realize you wanted to pursue a career in it?
I knew I loved music even as a kid, I would dance to Micheal Jackson & Prince. One of the first songs I ever wrote was a sex song that my sister found & I got in trouble for it. I went to the studio for the first time when I was younger still in grade school & I had a manager at the time who would push me a lot and encourage me to put out a lot of videos. Shoutout to him.
To what or whom do you accredit your sense of style?
I would give Eminem a lot of credit cause he made me want to play with my singing voice. I listened to alot of Prince, Michael Jackson, and Tupac growing up and all of those people influenced me and still do to this day.
What are some of your greatest challenges, and what is your greatest attribute when it comes to your work ethic?
I’m going through my greatest challenges in life so far, right now. It’s hard being young and pursuing this, and trying to stay out of the way. I’m learning how to stay focused on my goals to reach my full potential.
What are your plans for the near future?
I want to plan to move over into other genres, like pop and rock.

What suggestions do you have for other artists like yourself?
Stay focused don’t worry about what anyone says. Don’t let anybody deter you from your goals and also know how to listen to those around you on your team. You need a great team to succeed or you won’t.
