Interview with Up and Coming Artist I-Revolution

How did you come by your stage name?

Long searching but also stealing the I from I-Empire. Joking aside I always loved the name revolution and AvA is one of my favorite bands so the connection made sense to me.

When did you discover your love for your craft and what made you realize you wanted to pursue a career in it?

When I picked up a guitar at 14. I ran track and tore up my hip so I couldn’t walk without crutches for 9 months and the guitar was my savior.

On your upcoming project, how did you come up with the concept?

Personal experiences. Songs are like poems and a diary. These latest songs cover a moment in my life a few years back.

Are you the best at what you do in your opinion?

No, I am not, I am just a person with thoughts which I can express through music. The way my music comes out seems to reflect my current state of mind. As it should.

Is there anyone you’d like to thank, any shout outs?

Maryke Keyter, she wrote most of the lyrics and was my source of support throughout.

How can fans find you?

For now, Facebook, YouTube, Twitter, Spotify, Apple Music – I-Revolution
