How did you come by your stage name?
My stage name comes from the show Breaking Bad, I am a huge fan.
When did you discover your love for your craft and what made you realize you wanted to pursue a career in it?
I have always had a love for music. I didn’t decide to pursue a career in it until being released from prison. I think incarceration gave me the drive to pursue music.
To what or whom do you accredit your sense of style?
I feel like my style is very unique, but I do believe my style is a fusion of old school rappers mixed in with the new school.
On your current project, how did you come up with the concept?
The concept for the song came in a strange way. I came up with the hook while lying in bed watching TV. It’s weird how some of my musical ideas come to me.
What are some of your greatest challenges, and what is your greatest attribute when it comes to your work ethic?
The greatest challenge is learning how to navigate in this industry as an independent DIY artist. There are so many people who are out to take advantage of artists, so you have to really be careful. The greatest attribute about my work ethic is the drive and self-motivation. I don’t need anyone to push me to get things done.
Are you the best at what you do in your opinion?
Not at the moment, when it’s all said and done I plan on being the best.
What are your plans for the near future?
Stay consistent and keep releasing quality music.
