How did you come by your stage name?
People were already calling me Kemistry so I kinda just ran with it.
When did you discover your love for your craft and what made you realize you wanted to pursue a career in it?
I’ve always been into music when I was a kid I attended church and sang in the choir. Then in high school, I sang and wrote songs in the school choir.
I also use to perform in front of my mother and my friends at school.
To what or whom do you accredit your sense of style?
I have my own country/ hip-hop style. I’m from Tennessee we kinda dress different here.
Are you the best at what you do in your opinion?
I’m best at what I do since I’m more than a rapper. I’m an actress and author.
What are your plans for the near future?
I try not to make too many plans too soon since I know how things can switch up. I do see myself, in two years being a famous female rapper.
My name will be so loud that people in other countries will be shouting my name, “KEMISTRY, WE LOVE YOU.” I also see myself as being a New York best-selling author.
Is there anyone you’d like to thank, any shout outs?
I’d like to thank my mother for believing in me as a kid and up until now. Even though I was so terrible as a kid, but still she loved me and loves me to this day.
I would like to thank my children for also believing in me and keeping me encouraged. They used to tell me it was going to be alright and I will win.
To this special guy that means so much to me spill, thank you so much for always showing love and motivating me. You were hard on me, but that made me push so hard towards my goals.
Last to my grandmother who isn’t present anymore. Much love goes out to her since she played a major role when it comes to my success.
