Interview with Gospel Artist Aleah Dangbuah
How did you come by your stage name?
I go by my real name Aleah Dangbuah I don’t have a stage name.
When did you discover your love for your craft and what made you realize you wanted to pursue a career in it?
Growing up as a child music has always taken a big place in my life, I remember singing to every song that was played on the radio I also lead praise and worship in my Church, so to actually be doing it now and expressing who I am, making impact in people lives and glorifying God is a dream come true.
To what or whom do you accredit your sense of style?
My style of music actually comes from the kind of music I grew up listening to, mostly gospel music and some of the people that really inspire me are Tamela Menn, Tasha Cobbs, Sinach Joseph Ada Ehi-Moses and my Mother Musu Roberts.
On your upcoming project, how did you come up with the concept?
A few months ago I came up with the concept of my first single I believe in you Jesus based on what God has promised us in the book of psalms, that we should trust and believe in him no matter what we go through in life and that’s how I was lead to write a song.
What are some of your greatest challenges, and what is your greatest attribute when it comes to your work ethic?
My greatest challenge was confidence. for a very long time I didn’t feel confident enough to come out or stand in front of people to sing and it’s not that I didn’t have the voice I have always been shy, but by the grace of God I have learned to overcome my fears, believe in myself and do what the Lord has called me to do.
Are you the best at what you do in your opinion?
Doing the work of God, inspiring people and be the best version of myself is really what important to me.
What are your plans for the near future?
Release more album and keep inspiring people all around the world.
Is there anyone you’d like to thank, any shout outs?
I would like to say thanks to the all mighty God for his blessings in my life and my family for all the love and support also my producer and to all my supporters.
