Exclusive interview with multi-talented artist Emery Bingham
When did you discover your love for your craft and what made you realize you wanted to pursue a career in it?
I’ve been singing since I was 6. I started my YouTube channel at 7 and have done many cover songs with success and now I have 3 original songs. I’m now 13.
To what or whom do you accredit your sense of style?
I’ve always liked fashion from a young age and have developed my own style with a little inspiration from Ariana Grande!
On your current project, how did you come up with the concept?
My latest original single came out in May and the song idea came from real events that I went through. Currently, I just collaborated with another singer for the cover of “stuck with u”. It was a fun project with lots of friends and followers involved in the video!
What are some of your greatest challenges, and what is your greatest attribute when it comes to your work ethic?
One of my biggest challenges is being able to create cover songs that people love and then turning those fans into fans of my own original music. I work hard and fight through anxiety at times. My strength is I never give up! I do what I love, ignore the haters, and enjoy success when it comes.
Are you the best at what you do in your opinion?
I’m only 13 and have a lot of growing to do!
What are your plans for the near future?
Keep singing, my own songs as well as covers and keep shooting short films for my Youtube channel. I’m also a young makeup artist and I’m having some fun getting on more and more PR lists.

What suggestions do you have for other artist like yourself?
Just keep going, keep practicing find what works for you and don’t be afraid to fail especially if your young.
