How did you come by your stage name?

My name is Xavier but everybody calls me “X” it’s a nickname since childhood, I don’t know I guess it’s a cool name I like it to be fair it’s different.

When did you discover your love for your craft and what made you realize you wanted to pursue a career in it?

I’ve always had a talent for entertainment but the music was a whole other thing to me but I guess it really started from watching (Complex) everyday struggles, learning the industry through those shows, and then in time growing in confidence to rap on a mic.

To what or whom do you accredit your sense of style?

My style is a blend of many different artists, you can’t just paint me in one lane my skill set is of a dozen but to answer the question Drake, Chris Brown, Uk Rap, and Travis Scott.

On your current project, how did you come up with the concept?

I’ve got a project out at the moment and it goes by the name of Mixed Emotions (EP), the EP is 4 songs and I came up with the concept due to life being a mixture of emotions, Love, friends, and family. A load of fights, happy times, and tough times was my concept for the project.

What are some of your greatest challenges, and what is your greatest attribute when it comes to your work ethic?

Near-death experiences will always be a great challenge if you die and telling the truth will always be my greatest hurdle. My greatest attribute I would say is my grind and confidence I’m fearless I believe if you wanna be successful you have to have the willingness to take risks in order to become great.

Are you the best at what you do in your opinion?

I believe I am the best at what I do, I don’t travel to different studios across London to be second best if you’re not trying to achieve first then I don’t see a point in making music professionally.

What are your plans for the near future?

I got a joint project in the months to come with one of my other artist friends he’s called (JFK), a 6 song (EP) that should be released in the autumn of next year (August) with some videos for that project and my current project as well ( Mixed Emotions EP )

I would like to thank all producers, and engineers that worked on this project without them I wouldn’t have a project out right now so I’m grateful for their services

What suggestions do you have for other artists like yourself?

Keep pushing it may seem tough right now but life is a marathon take things step by step things will make sense along the way but you won’t know if you’d don’t take risks.
