How did you come by your brand name?

Money Gang Music Group Inc is a brand that represents the LGBTQ plus community. This is an American entertainment company that was founded in design and 2008. We offer multiple outlets for individuals who are getting misrepresented and treated unfairly and in ingest.

My adopted mother Carol Burns was the person that designed and came up with such a qualified name. It was something that was for people and individuals who feel like they don’t belong and I treated unfairly. I believe that the world and society and need to come to a better understanding of fairness and equality.

Money Gang Music Group Inc is an entertainment firm that represents dreams becoming reality. we have multiple artists that we’re currently representing at this point and starting different areas of the entertainment world such as a modeling agency, publishing agency, sports agency, and sneaker and clothing line.

we wish to make a catastrophic difference in many different areas and show the world that just because you have certain sexuality or you are different in any way shape or form doesn’t mean that you should be treated differently from anybody else.

When did you discover your love for your craft and what made you realize you wanted to pursue a career in it?

When I discovered the love for my craft is when someone told me that I am not capable of doing such works. I have always been known as the person who makes the impossible possible and does things that are out of the ordinary.

People tend to doubt individuals that they don’t understand. I come from a home that is DYFS functional and what that means is basically a lot of the children wore a part of the state. I also was one of those kids who was in and out of residential facilities and group homes. So I wanted to show the world that just because you’re classified will grow up in a different predicament doesn’t mean that you should hinder yourself.

When I met a couple of friends and they were being charged outrageous prices for studio time or when I was at the gay parade monitoring and observing how people who have a different lifestyle were getting treated I made it my business to create something that would demonstrate that we’re all equal. so my adopted mother is lesbian. I felt like because she was lesbian and getting treated differently is she still pushed through it not only questioned the character of others but also of myself as an individual.

Thoughts in my head came about what can I do to create such a catastrophic change that it would impact the world in a positive manner without utilizing violence or aggression. This is when I realized I wanted to pursue this as a career. To prove that you don’t have to utilize violence to get your point across.

To what or whom do you accredit your sense of style?

Well, first and foremost I give a lot of my credit to my grandmother Helen Burns in my adopted mother Carol Burns. Growing up in a home knowing that you’re adopted is a strange feeling. My grandmother was the engineer behind me doing R&B.

With her being one of the members of the choir and bringing me back and forth to church and inspired me to want to sing and utilize my voice to reach the people. my adopted mother always listens to oldies and when I say oldies I mean Al Green, Earth Wind & Fire, The Temptations, Diana Ross and The Supremes, etc.

The sounds of such beautiful voices allowed me to see that you can express yourself what’s persistence if you know how to control how you sing. I also give credit to my older brother Jermaine Burns. So my older brother is a huge fan of Jay-Z and that’s all he would listen to in his car no matter where we went.

Listening to Jay-Z, Wu-Tang Clan, Mos Def, Big Pun, Notorious BIG, and others is what inspired me to write the lyrics that are needed for society. Individuals that made such an impact on hip hop is what pushes mean to not only be an artist but also an entrepreneur.

On your upcoming project, how did you come up with the concept?

I currently came out with a single Showtime and an Album Called The Crazii Chronicles. My artiest DjLightUp Prince just recently came out with a New single 2k20 From The Back Challenge and his album No Boundaries available on all major platforms.

Also, Mac Militia just came out with a Single Hood Tokyo. We will be at the Brooklyn Unity Festival 2020, New New York Music Festival 2020 and many other areas. These Concepts that my artist creates are from their beliefs and what their background is. They come to me with a creative idea and I’ll make it come to life.

Many of my artists are still working to find the creative side. It’s nothing against them personally there’s just some of us take more time and others. You can’t rush perfection. I am also coming out with a clothing line and sneaker line. My cuzion Calvion Gordon is about to launch his new fashion line Ven ly Bugatti. I mean we all have our own stuff going on

What are some of your greatest challenges, and what is your greatest attribute when it comes to your work ethic?

One of the greatest challenges is to adapt to our society based on what is new in society. Adapting to the Future is very hard. This generation is very complicated and complex. They lack the basic fundamentals of socializing without utilizing cell phones and technology.

Developing these new artists can become rather challenging. I believe the greatest attribute is then I understand and have a firm grasp of understanding. My knowledge of different areas is what allows mean to cope with a lot of things that are surrounding me.

Are you the best at what you do in your opinion?

Yes, I am. Why because I went through many trials and tribulations to get to where I am. I was in adoption, a part of the state, in and out of group homes and residential facilities.

When you are in a position of that magnitude you’re already written off. I have overcome those obstacles and still continue to strive for better. I have proven that just because you are a victim of circumstances does it mean you should allow it to affect Who You Are as an overall humanitarian.

What are your plans for the near future?

Well, my plans for the near future is to come out with a new artist that has brand new material. I in currently in discussions with multiple Major Distribution companies. I hope to be a parenting company for a major company.

Also, to become a focal point for the LGBTQ community and sign artists from that community. Also, I hope to win many different Awards from different major platforms such as iHeartRadio, bet, and the Grammys. my plans are to strive for better and become greater than what others assume that I can be.

What suggestions do you have for other artists like yourself?

For artists out there who are going through a tough time strive for better and don’t give up. for the kids who are victims’ circumstances, my suggestion to you is don’t let the circumstance control or dictate what you can and cannot do.

Stop utilizing the circumstance as a crutch and focus on what you can do to change that circumstance. For the artist of the LGBTQ community, there is a place for you to express yourself and your creativity without someone owning your Masters and without someone telling you what you should and shouldn’t do.

We represent individuals who are mistreated in properly not introduced to the entertainment business. we strive for equal opportunities and rights. Just because of your sexuality should not hinder what you can and can’t do. it doesn’t matter what you choose to love what should matter is what you can bring to the table.

For individuals who are adopted or are in foster care let me explain something to you don’t allow the state to brainwash you into thinking that you are written off because you’re not. I was told that I can’t be anything or amount to anyone but yet I continuously strive to push for better.
