Chrixx Lee Interview with Muzique Magazine

How did you come by your stage name?

It stemmed from my real name ‘ Christian Lee’ and at first, it was KillaChris when I was rapping at parties in high school lol.

When did you discover your love for your craft and what made you realize you wanted to pursue a career in it?

I discovered my passion for music at an early age learning to play guitar at age 12 and playing in my church band. I also started my own rock band with some of my friends when I was 14 and I was the rhythm guitarist.

I found my love for Hip Hop through my Mom, to be honest. I just remember every time I would get into her car she would be slapping some rap/hip hop and I vibed with it so much better.

To what or whom do you accredit your sense of style?

Hands Down, I gotta say G-Eazy had the biggest influence on me becoming a rapper and you can probably sense I’m a big fan just listening to my cadence.

I love most of the Bay rappers and I love their culture and music movement. That’s my goal for Las Vegas is to create a supportive community to push our music scene forward and build an empire.

On your current project, how did you come up with the concept?

Honestly, I just took a quarter of mushrooms with my producer/engineer/best friend and we stayed up all night making Inevitable.

What are some of your greatest challenges, and what is your greatest attribute when it comes to your work ethic?

Some of my greatest challenges are mostly trying to balance the life of Christian and Chrixx lee.

Are you the best at what you do in your opinion?

No, not yet, but I most definitely will be. However, I am one of the best in my region no doubt.

What are your plans for the near future?

I’m going to be the XXL Freshman of the year for 2023 and go on a 7-month tour around the world and become established as a rap star.

Is there anyone you’d like to thank, any shoutouts?

I’d like to thank my Mom Jeannie Cho first of all for always being there for me and supporting my vision from day one! I couldn’t have done this without you. I’d also like to thank my team including Dudley Svensgaard aka DJ DA$H / Larry Jones aka DJ DANTANA / Cheno Nguyen aka BENO / Corey Bell aka Playboi / Rob Dai and the gpmg general population music group.

How can fans find you?

They can literally just google my name ‘Chrixx Lee’ and easily find me. It’s the same tag on every social @ChrixxLee or just go to my link tree to access all of my links in one place! https://linktr.ee/chrixxlee
