Blackoutondabeat & Zakeyah R are Brother and Sister. Who is Brooklyn born and Raised in Marlboro projects & Coneyisland area. They have always been lovers of music since they were children. As kids, they would make upbeats and songs with pots and pans.

Music has always been their passion and first love! Blackout always having a passion for production and writing. Zakeyah R always having a passion for songwriting and just simply creating. They would definitely consider themselves Music Twins!

Their musical taste is very vast. However, they tend to lean more towards Hip hop and R&B! Their musical influences are Mobb deep, Doctor Dre, Missy Elliot And Timberland, Bad boy/ Biggie/ Faith Evans, Mary j.blige, Kanye West, Pharrell, jay-z, Nas, Mariah Carey, Brandy, Micheal Jackson, Janet Jackson,  Prince, Whitney Houston, ( Rza- wu-tang clan), Stevie Wonder and Anita Baker (Motown), just to name a few!

Being independent Entrepreneurs is very imperative to them both which is why They are the Founders of Hell Entertainment LLC. Being in control of their Sound and Vision takes precedence over Everything! It is essential that their imprint is left on the world.

How did you come by your stage name?

Hell Entertainment Is our Label Name formed by blackoutondabeat & Zakeyah R.

Hell entertainment stands for the epitome of Being on Fire, It Stands for Being at your Best at all times, and that what ever you Do! Zakeyah is my actual name! I just felt that it is important that I remain true to myself at all times! my AKA’s is “The Great One” and’ Inspire” depending on what mood I’m in!

I go by the Blackoutondabeat That’s my aka because I’m known for Blacking out when I Spit Bars Freestyle, get busy Dancing, and last but not least making beats.

When did you discover your love for your craft and what made you realize you wanted to pursue a career in it?

First, off we’re Brother and sister. Growing up we Both was Raised around music. It’s both of our first love!

Zakeyah R- I always wanted and knew that I was going to Be an Artist ever since I was a teenager! Blackoutondabeat always inspired me!

Blackoutondabeat: I Fell in love with my craft after my first performance at an open mic venue.

To what or whom do you accredit your sense of style?

Zakeyah R- Blackoutondabeat has Always inspired me. I’m also inspired by” The Arts”. “Fashion” and” Hair”. And anything that is Creative!

Blackoutondabeat: I accredit my sense of style From all of the great Legend before Me. Like Biggie small, Mobb deep, Jay z. And My Sister Zakeyah R.

On your current project, how did you come up with the concept?

Our current project is called 300! we were inspired to Live by the 300 Code which is Loyalty, Greatness, Love, and the Spartan Mentality! we applied this concept to our Daily lifestyles as well as the music. To Live in the moment, and Overcome any obstacles that come our way!

What are some of your greatest challenges, and what is your greatest attribute when it comes to your work ethic?

Zakeyah R- The challenges I’ve Experienced, I Noticed its Always that one person that Always hate!” The Haters”! However, my greatest attribute is I’m Relentless! I won’t ever quit! And I Believe in myself and in whatever We Create!

Blackoutondabeat: My greatest challenges are just everyday life situation trying to manage my Family, time, and music. my greatest attribute is the time and research that I Put in, and endless hour perfecting my craft and most of all my ear for music.

Are you the best at what you do in your opinion?

In my Opinion we the Best at what we do! Brother and Sister, it’s not only just rap for Us! Everything that we bring to the table!

What are your plans for the near future?

Our Near future plans are to continue to Promote Krazy/Angie, So hard, and the Entire 300 project! Our Solo projects, and finding Great talent for Hell Entertainment.

Is there anyone you’d like to thank, any shout outs?

Blackoutondabeat: I would like to Shout out to Gab aka my Pooh pooh, and my Kids for Always supporting me and understanding the sacrifice that I must take to achieve this goal of ours, and for being our first FANS!

Zakeyah R- I would like to Thank Our Mom, our Brother Erik & Angie. I like to Thank my ALL Nieces and Nephews. special thanks to Anthony, Jeniah, Isis, Mary, Gia, Thanks gab!
