Exclusive With Elan Suave
When did you discover your love for your craft and what made you realize you wanted to pursue a career in it?
I discovered my love for my craft at an early age. I joined my church’s choir at the age of 6-7 and found my love for the craft of music.
I didn’t stop there and took piano/vocal lessons up to age 12. My brother began recording his music when I was 13 and him doing it made me realize I can as well.
On your current project, how did you come up with the concept?
My current project, “1 OF 1: THE EP”, is about being unique and different from your peers. I want people to feel comfortable being themselves because we are all “1 of 1”.
The lead single and first song of this project, “1 OF 1”, is a very self-confident song and I want people to feed off of my energy.
Are you the best at what you do in your opinion?
No, I’m not. I’m not afraid to admit so either. I’m only 18 years old and I have so much to learn about the industry and music. I’m not the best at what I do, but in the future, I will be.

I want to shout out to my team. My team consists of my father, mother, and brother and they have been supportive since day one and continue to be there for me.
