Lo-fi artist itsMelinaWorld has yet outdone herself again with her latest EP, “Passage through Takayama”. Drawing huge inspiration from Japanese tradition and the town itself, Takayama – Melina shows us a delicate yet very powerful side of her music.
Her track “Sakura” on the EP has become an instant hit with the fans, it’s a song that stands out of the EP and perhaps is a hint at what else is to come from Melina in the next year.
The EP takes you on a walk through the lens of Melina, you experience subtleness, feelings of melancholy, love, and strength. The EP is so powerful that it might just age like fine wine.
We don’t often get quality material in the lo-fi space, so if you like working to something soothing yet mindful, I would urge you to give her EP a listen.
