Gian Saunders, aka The Fierce Female Financier, and Brett Pipkin Are Spreading The Importance Of Positive Monetary Relationships
Saunders advises four traits that each hopeful entrepreneur should develop to succeed: effort, consistency, personal development, and perseverance. She also wraps up what she means by these four traits in an easy-to-digest analogy.
Just as one uses an axe to cut down a tree, entrepreneurs need these traits to be effective and successful. To cut the tree down, you need to put effort into it because it won’t cut itself down. Consistency comes into play because you need repeated effort towards the same goal in order to complete it. You need to continually sharpen the blade and finish the job, just as one needs to sharpen their mind to maintain success. Finally, perseverance is necessary because the tree won’t be cut down in only a couple of swings. Any goal will take multiple attempts to achieve it.
The end game for Saunders and Pipkin is creating a web of leaders that will help spread their message of financial literacy. Hoping to expand out of Southern California, the couple envisions dozens of their firms across the nation. “Our goal is to not go fishing and feed a couple hundred,” Saunders remarks. “Our goal is to teach a couple hundred people to fish.”
