DOCTOR CROW Talks About His Current Project and More

When did you discover your love for your craft and what made you realize you wanted to pursue a career in it?

I started playing guitar at around the age of 13 (a very long time ago). I joined my first band shortly after on lead guitar. I then spent a few years playing bass before stopping music altogether for quite some time due to working and living overseas.

On your current project, how did you come up with the concept?

I never really planned on becoming a solo artist. My plan was to simply upload videos of myself playing guitar on Instagram. At first, I used to edit out my face but then I realized it would be much quicker and easier to purchase a mask. I then began writing a couple of songs and the rest is history.

What are your plans for the near future?

So I recently bought a drum kit. Up until now I have been using samples and purchasing drum tracks. My aim is to record my own drums on the next album, this could prove challenging as I aim to teach myself how to play in a very short time.
