How did you come by your stage/band name?

It’s a combination of James’ last name and Hannah’s middle name- James Jericho + Hannah Rose Huntley = Jericho Rose!

When did you discover your love for your craft and what made you realize you wanted to pursue a career in it?

James was very vocal about his career in music throughout his upbringing- he participated in multiple original bands and theater productions throughout his youth. He was pursuing a solo music career in the metal/rock scene when first met Hannah.

Similarly, Hannah knew her heart was in music throughout her youth and was an avid songwriter starting as early as age 11. She also was in original bands, but the two found their true calling when working at a Western bar together in Southern California.

To what or whom do you accredit your sense of style?

Hannah takes most of her inspiration from vintage Western wear, whereas James loves to emulate rock icons throughout history.

On your current project, how did you come up with the concept?

Our most recent release, giddyup, is all about escaping the confines of city life and hitting the open road

What are some of your greatest challenges, and what is your greatest attribute when it comes to your work ethic?

We truly are the hardest workers we know. Whether we’re learning how to work on new videography programs, making graphics for social media, or writing new songs, we never shy away from a challenge. We take pride in our art and our creativity and really work hard to do everything we can on our own.

Are you the best at what you do in your opinion?

That’s such an interesting and subjective question. In our hearts, there are no “best“ only people that love the music they make and want to share it with the world, we’re looking to do just that.

What are your plans for the near future?

We’re really looking forward to getting on the road soon. We spent all of 2020 writing songs and releasing new music. This year has largely been dedicated to growing our Nashville audience and playing a ton of local shows. We’ve worked really hard to maximize our stage show, and we can’t wait to share that with the rest of the world.
