22Dubz Releases Visual for Single “Paypal”

With the rap-game changing and evolving, up and coming artist 22DUBZ, stands out with his bars, metaphors, and wittiness. The jersey native, capital raised (Trenton), has been through countless ups and downs; a life of dwelling in impoverished communities, surrounded by crime. 22Dubz embarks on a music journey highlighting the struggles and horrors of growing up in those areas.

While he always had a passion for rapping, without the clear guidence, 22dubz stopped his music career before it even started. In 2021, DUBZ turned a new leaf by starting over; moving to atlanta. His career officially started by DEBUT of his first E.P called “book of versus”. With the “book of versus” doing extremely well, reaching over 15,000 streams in 3 countries, listeners are able to hear and vibe to a song entitled Paypal.

“Paypal” describes the inner city trials and tribulations most experience growing up in conditions like 22. For listeners who did not grow up in these conditions, they are able to vicariously experience a lifestyle most are unable to escape while listeners who have experienced these conditions are able to reflect on daily struggles with hope in sight. This hope includes 22dubz‘s testimony on his current life, far from where he started. With his family being his focal point, DUBZ would like to hold the title of influential writer of our time. Essentially, rapping is a way out for his family, a chance to be put in a better position in life through his music, he intends to do just that.
