La2wentyfour interview with Muzique Magazine

How did you come by your stage name?

I came up with the name La2wentyfour because my birthday is on may 24rth and that’s one of my favorite days of the year, so in order to say “the24rth’ in a cool way I changed it to la which means the in Spanish, then 2wentyfour after to spell “la2wentyfour” meaning the24rth.

When did you discover your love for your craft and what made you realize you wanted to pursue a career in it?

In around 2015 I heard a rap song by another rap artist, his production was great and his voice sounded great under the effects he used so I wanted to do the same with my vocals too.

To what or whom do you accredit your sense of style?

Not too sure because I’m always inspired by a little bit of everything.

On your current project, how did you come up with the concept?

On my current project F.L.A.V.O.R, I came up with the concept by thinking of a way to incorporate different flows in my music and different ideas all in one album. The album also touches on other ideas that help the listener relate to some of life’s challenges, Forget Life And Vent Obtaining Rest.
