In a world filled with uncertainty and chaos, ZAPPIEN stands as a beacon for resilience and hope. Formed in the vibrant music scene of Montreal, the band has overcome countless obstacles on their journey to success, emerging stronger and more determined than ever before.
Led by the indomitable Carlos Zappien, ZAPPIEN was developed thanks to decades of hard work and the power of perseverance and passion. From humble beginnings to international acclaim, the band’s story is one of triumph over adversity. Drawing inspiration from their diverse cultural backgrounds, ZAPPIEN’s music speaks to the universal human experience, offering solace and inspiration in times of darkness.
To be released in October, their upcoming album, “The Good Enough Days,” will reflect ZAPPIEN’s journey complemented by energetic and unique sounds. With Carlos Zappien on vocals, guitars, bass and piano, Just Alan on vocals and guitars, Mathieu Tremblay on vocals, drums and percussions, and Louise Selby on vocals and guitars, the group also co-produces and shares songwriting duties across the album. With some recording done in Montréal in collaboration with Vincent Coté, principal recording was done at the legendary Abbey Road Studios, and subsequently fully mixed and mastered at the renowned London studios by Paul Pritchard and Geoff Pesche. The album has been a long two years in the making and has the opportunity to be a masterclass in modern day rock and roll. Look for the project to blend infectious powerful drums, guitars, with thought-provoking lyrics. ZAPPIEN plans to debut the first single off the album in June and release the highly anticipated project in October.
