The first thing I do in the morning is…

Drink a glass of water and make myself a Flat White. I drink my coffee while I journal and respond to my emails. 

The best beauty advice I ever received was…

 Less is more. You are beautiful for being uniquely you… and you can always add more if you want! 

When I’m stressed…

I dab lavender essential oil under my nose and practice mindful breathing.

Favorite time of the day…

Sunrise, because it feels like the light is shining down on opportunity. 

The best advice for looking great in a photo is… 

Breathe, loosen your jaw, and let your eyes speak. 

My guilty pleasure is… 

Without a doubt, in my mind, it is hot cheetos. But if we aren’t talking about food it is listening to the song ‘More Than A Woman’ by the Beegees.
