Getting to Know Luh Yana Upcoming Musician
What are some of your greatest challenges, and what is your greatest attribute when it comes to your work ethic?
I feel like some of my greatest challenges are staying consistent and social anxiety. But the thing about it is that I am the type of person who isn’t afraid to talk to people about things not about myself, but when the spotlight is on me it is hard for me to remain calm and speak about myself or my work plans or ventures that i am going on.
I feel like my greatest attribute is my confidence and my unwilling drive to succeed. My confidence helps me to believe in everything that I am doing and to believe that I will make it and be successful because I can and I will be.
How did you come by your stage / band / brand name?
I came up with my name “Luh Yana”, because my nickname is Yanna and I grew up with people always calling me that. My name is Ayanna so that’s just my name for short. People have always told me that I am lovable person and always show love and support so that’s where the “Luh” part in the name came from.
What are your plans for the near future?
I am currently planning on either dropping an album or an EP sometime before the summer. I also wanted to drop a few more singles. Maybe a feature before I do my big project though. But just know there will be a lot of new music out there from “Luh Yanna” soon.
When did you discover your love for your craft and what made you realize you wanted to pursue a career in it?
I discovered my love for music originally when I was younger and started writing music, but more recently due to someone special that was in my life he showed me a lot about the music world and I began to fall in love with it and grow my passion for the art.

Is there anyone you’d like to thank, any shout outs?
I would like to thank that special person “Moe” and all of his friends who honestly became my friends and at this point my family. Because without them none of this would have happened. I would not have felt confident enough to drop my music. I would have never been able to run trials on how I want to portray myself and my music without them.
Honestly having a team is the best thing, I am very thankful to all of them. I know a lot, I have learned a lot, and I am now able to do what I’ve always wanted to. For that I just want to thank all of y’all. You can also follow me on Instagram and check out my new single “Get Cash” out now on most streaming platforms.
